- How much does Tibly cost?
- Tibly starts at $299 per month for the Growth plan, which includes 100 tracked prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, competitor rankings, drafted fixes, and the hosting and editor needed to publish them. Scale is $699 per month, and Premiere, which is fully managed, is $1,499 per month. Enterprise is custom. Annual billing is $2,990, $6,990, and $14,990 per year respectively, which works out to two months free.
- Is there a free plan or free trial?
- There is no free tier. Every plan bills when you subscribe, with one exception: the "Start your free trial" button on our homepage starts a 7-day free trial of Growth — card at checkout, no charge until the trial ends, cancel any time from your billing settings. The free AI visibility report at /ai-visibility is free with no signup and shows who ChatGPT recommends for your industry and city, so you can see the gap before paying for anything.
- What is the difference between Growth, Scale, and Premiere?
- The plans differ in how much of your market they watch and how much of the work Tibly does for you. Growth tracks 100 prompts on 3 AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) with 1% payment fees capped at $25 per transaction and 1.5% instant payouts. Scale tracks 250 prompts on 6 engines (adds Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot) across 25 markets, with custom onboarding and dedicated support. Premiere is fully managed: Tibly makes every website edit and AI-visibility fix for you, tracks 500 prompts across 50 markets, includes SEO rank tracking and a quarterly AI-visibility review call, and comes with priority support. Enterprise adds unlimited prompts, all 7 engines including Claude, SSO, and custom volume.
- Do I have to move my website to Tibly?
- No. If you already have a website and just want to show up when buyers ask ChatGPT or Google AI who to hire, keep your site exactly where it is. Tibly checks how often the AI engines name you, writes the AI-ready guides that get you recommended, and publishes them on a subdomain of your own domain (like guides.yourcompany.com): add a single DNS record and every new guide publishes there automatically, under your brand. Your main site and its hosting don't change, and if you ever leave, your guides are archived — not deleted — and come back if you return. This is included on every AI visibility plan at no extra cost.
- What are the payment processing fees?
- Tibly payments run on Stripe. On every plan you pay 1% per paid invoice or checkout, capped at $25 per transaction, with instant payouts at 1.5%. You only pay a fee when an invoice actually gets paid; sending invoices, quotes, and reminders is free on every plan.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your website stays live through the end of the period you paid for. After that, hosting ends: the site may go offline and, after at least 30 days, be deleted, so copy anything you want to keep before then. Re-subscribing within that window brings it back, and a domain you bought through Tibly stays yours to transfer.
- Is there pricing for agencies managing several sites?
- Yes. The Agency plan is $99 per month plus $299 per managed site, from 1 to 50 sites, with annual billing at ten months for twelve. The configuration lives in the URL so you can send a priced quote to a client. Your website, every scan and ranking, and drafted fixes are included in your plan. You only pay a fee when an invoice gets paid. Add-on contact credits roll over month to month and never expire. We only charge a credit when we find an email or phone number, so empty results are free.
Need a domain? Search and buy one inside Tibly, or connect one you already own. Purchased domains are billed separately from your plan at a flat yearly price that covers registration and every renewal.
